The problem
Free Zone or Mainland. The wrong answer costs you for years.
Most people setting up in the UAE start by asking what a licence costs. It is the wrong first question.
The first question is where your customers are. If they are outside the UAE, a free zone licence is usually right. If you want to sell to customers inside the UAE, a free zone licence does not allow that directly, and the quote you were sent will not mention it.
Getting it wrong is not fatal. It is expensive. You restructure a year in, pay a second set of fees, and explain the change to a bank that was already unsure about you.
And the licence is not the finish line. It is the starting line. Corporate bank accounts are where most new companies actually stall, and most of that outcome is decided on the day you choose your activity and your structure.

The verdict
Not a summary. A verdict. One sentence naming the route this business should take, the reasoning underneath it in three lines, one indicative figure for year one, and the single thing that could change the answer.
If we cannot write that in one sentence, the session is not finished and we come back to you before writing anything.

Your activity, classified
What you described, quoted back in your own words, then translated into the official activity classification with its code. Any second or third activity the licence will need to carry. Anything you asked about that we would advise against, and why. And whether the activity triggers a regulator, named.
Incorrect activity selection is one of the most common causes of delay, and it is usually where a previous advisor guessed.

A comparison that ends in a decision rather than a table you have to interpret. Ownership, whether you can sell inside the UAE, visa allocation at that cost level, premises requirement, and indicative year one, side by side.
We name the option that lost, and we say why it lost. That is what tells you the recommendation was a decision rather than a preference.

Choose a slot on the calendar, then pay AED 500 through a secure card payment. A slot is held for three hours while you pay, then released.

The session
Sixty minutes with a senior advisor, in English or Amharic, in our Microsoft Teams meeting room. Bring your passport copy, the business description and your visa count.

The report
Within two working days, in writing. If you proceed, your AED 500 is credited against the setup fee.

The AED 500 is credited in full against our service fee on any engagement signed within 90 days of your session. If you go ahead with us, the session costs you nothing.

Refunded
If we conclude there is no viable UAE structure for what you want to do, we refund the AED 500 in full within five working days, and you keep the report.

Yours either way
The only situation where you are out of pocket is the one where we do the work, you get the report, and you take it elsewhere. In that case you paid AED 500 for independent written analysis you can use anywhere. That seems fair to us.
One reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours notice. A missed session without notice is not refunded.

So do we: the first conversation is free and answers most general questions. The Pathway Report is the extra effort on top. A senior advisor researches your specific case after the call and writes it up, so you have something you can act on.
You are paying for a written report you can take to your accountant, your bank or another advisor. It is yours whether you work with us or not. And because it is credited against the setup fee, if you go ahead the difference is zero.

Then we refund the AED 500 in full within five working days, and you keep the report explaining why.
It does not happen often. When it does, it is the most useful thing we can tell you, and we are not going to charge you for hearing it.

We can send a number, but it would be a guess. The price depends on your activity, your visa count, whether you sell inside the UAE, and whether your activity needs a regulator. Change any one of those and the figure moves by thousands.
The session exists so that the number you get is a real one you can plan against.

First. You pick your slot on the calendar, and it is held for three hours while you confirm it with the AED 500 payment. Two sessions run each day and slots open up to eight days ahead. The invite, with the link to our Microsoft Teams meeting room, arrives the moment you book.

Once, at no cost, with at least 24 hours notice. A missed session without notice is not refunded and is not credited.

The payment link accepts international cards. If your card is declined, tell us and we will send bank transfer details for our Mashreq account in Dubai.

No, and neither can anyone else. And Again Advisory coordinates with regulatory authorities and licensed partners. It does not issue licences, visas or approvals, and it does not give legal or tax opinions.
What we can do is make sure the file you submit is the right one, built correctly, in the right sequence.
