How assignment works
Four steps. No ambiguity about who owns the lead.
Most referral arrangements fall apart over the same question: who introduced this client first. We answer it in writing, before any work begins.

You register
Submit the client's name and contact details below. Registration is free and takes under two minutes.

We check and confirm
We check the name against active clients and existing registrations, then mark it Registered, Duplicate or Declined by email within two business days.

The lead is assigned to you
From the confirmation date the referral is held exclusively in your name for 90 days. No other partner can register it.

You are credited on signing
Any engagement signed inside the window is credited to you at the rate in your channel partner agreement.

Registration received. We will check the name against our active clients and existing registrations and email you a written outcome (Registered, Duplicate or Declined) within two business days. The 90-day exclusivity window starts on the confirmation date, not today.

Common questions
The parts partners ask about twice.
01What if my client contacts you directly first?
Whoever is recorded first is who we honour. If your client reaches us before you register them, register anyway and tell us in the notes. If there is no prior partner claim and no existing file, we will assign it to you.
02Can two partners register the same client?
No. The second registration is declined with a duplicate notice within two business days. We do not disclose who holds the first registration.
03Does exclusivity survive after the licence is issued?
Within the 90 days, yes: post-formation services signed in that window credit to you. After the window, renewals and new services are handled case by case under your agreement.
04When is commission paid?
Per the schedule in your signed channel partner agreement, after the client has settled the relevant invoice. Rates differ by service line and jurisdiction.
05What do you tell my client about me?
That you introduced them, and that we are handling the advisory. We do not discuss your commission with the client, ever.
06How do I check the status of a referral?
Reply to your confirmation email, or message us on WhatsApp with the client name. Tick the updates box above to receive stage changes automatically.
