1. About these terms

andagain.ae is operated by And Again Advisory L.L.C-FZ, licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, under licence number 2542849.01, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. When you engage us for a service, the written engagement or proposal we agree with you governs that work.

2. Information, not advice

The content on this site, including guides, insights and the weekly Pulse, is general information. It is not advice for your situation, and it is not legal, tax, audit or investment advice. We coordinate licensed authorities and partners; we do not ourselves issue licences, visas or regulatory approvals. Before you act, speak to us about your own circumstances.

3. Figures are indicative

Figures shown on the site, in the cost estimator, in the zone comparisons and in any automated estimate we send are indicative. They are based on authority and partner rates as at the date shown, and are subject to authority confirmation. They are not a quote and not an offer. A figure binds us only when it appears in a written quote or engagement we have issued to you.

4. Authority fees and decisions

Free zones, government departments and other authorities set their own fees, requirements and timelines, and can change them without notice. We are not responsible for such changes, for the fees authorities charge, or for their decisions on any application, including refusals and delays. Timelines on the site, such as typical formation times, are what clients usually experience and are not guaranteed.

5. Using the site

You may use the site for your own information and to contact us. You must not misuse it: for example, by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, sending false or someone else's details through our forms, or copying its content in bulk.

6. Our content and name

The text, design, graphics and tools on this site belong to And Again Advisory L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. The And Again Advisory name and logo are our marks. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit, but you may not reproduce substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

The site links to other websites, including authorities, WhatsApp and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site's content or figures, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

11. Governing law
