How And Again Advisory collects, uses and protects personal data when you use andagain.ae, contact us, or work with us.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by And Again Advisory L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, under licence number 2542849.01. Our registered office is at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean And Again Advisory L.L.C-FZ.

We decide how and why your personal data is processed, and we are responsible for it. For any question about this policy or your data, email info@andagain.ae.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to do the work you ask of us.

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, message and preferred language. We also record the page you sent it from, the site language, and any campaign tags in the link that brought you to us (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign).
  • Consultation requests. The day and time you prefer, your name, email, phone number, time zone and notes. On this site the request is written into a WhatsApp message on your own device; it reaches us only when you send it in WhatsApp.
  • Cost estimator. The choices you make (jurisdiction, activity, visas, premises and similar) and, if you ask us to send you the full estimate, your name, email address and phone number.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email. Whatever you share with us in those conversations, including documents you send for a company setup.
  • Partner programme. If you apply to become a partner or register a referral, the details you enter in those forms, including details of the person you refer.
  • Referral codes. If you arrive through a partner link, the referral code in that link is kept in your browser for 90 days and added to messages you send us, so the partner can be credited.
  • Analytics and advertising data. With your consent, information about how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our cookie notice.

Please do not send us passport copies or other identity documents through the website forms. When your file needs them, we will tell you how to send them.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations.
  • To prepare estimates, proposals and advice on structure and costs.
  • To deliver the services you engage us for, including preparing and submitting applications to free zone and government authorities and coordinating with licensed execution partners.
  • To manage our partner programme and credit referrals.
  • To keep the records that UAE law requires of us, including company and tax records.
  • With your consent, to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.

We rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before an engagement, on performing our engagement with you, and on our legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Authorities and licensed partners. When you engage us for a setup, the free zone or government authority that handles your application, and the licensed partners who carry out regulated steps, receive the information your application needs.
  • Service providers who process data for us: Webflow (website hosting and form submissions), Netlify (the cost estimator's email and form functions), Microsoft 365 (email), Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the map on our contact page) and Meta (WhatsApp and the Meta pixel).
  • Referral partners. If a partner introduced you, we confirm to them whether their referral was registered and whether it became a client. We do not share your documents with them.
  • Where the law requires it. Authorities, courts or regulators, when we are legally obliged to.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer and share only what is needed.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. If you become a client, we keep your file for as long as UAE law requires us to keep company, tax and accounting records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics tools. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and subject to the exceptions it sets out, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete data we no longer need or have no basis to keep;
  • restrict or stop certain processing, including marketing;
  • transfer data you gave us to you or to another provider, where applicable;
  • withdraw your consent, without affecting processing that took place before.

Email info@andagain.ae to make a request. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

7. Security

We use reputable providers, restrict access to the people who need it, and handle client documents with care. No system is completely secure, so please use the channels we give you for sensitive documents.

8. Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this site.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
