Channel Partner Programme

Pass us a name. We do the rest.

A pure introduction arrangement. You make the introduction. And Again Advisory consults, structures, quotes, coordinates and delivers, and pays you on every client who converts.

Introduce only

No quoting, no advising, no paperwork, no client money

Four tiers

Your rate rises with the clients you bring. Reviewed quarterly

90 days

Lead protection from the date we register your introduction

Two renewals

Commission continues on the first two renewals, not just year one

How the programme works

You introduce. We carry everything after that.

Most referral schemes ask the introducer to sell. This one does not. You are not expected to know free zone packages, visa quotas or activity codes, and you are not permitted to quote on them.

01

You introduce

Register the client through the partner referral form. Name, contact, a line of context. That is the whole job.

02

We advise

Free consultation, jurisdiction and structure recommendation, costs presented in full before anyone commits.

03

We deliver

Trade name, licence, shareholder documentation, visas, Emirates ID, bank account readiness and compliance.

04

You are paid

Commission statement within ten business days of month end. You invoice against it. We settle within thirty days.

Who this suits

People who already have the conversation.

The best partners are not salespeople. They are the person a founder already trusts, who happens to hear "I am thinking about setting up in Dubai."

01

Accountants & bookkeepers

Clients ask you about structure and tax before they ask anyone else.

02

Lawyers & corporate services

You see the intention to expand long before the licence application.

03

Real estate brokers

Office and warehouse enquiries from companies that do not exist yet.

04

Bankers & RMs

Account opening requests that stall because the entity is not formed.

05

Diaspora community leaders

Trusted voices in the Ethiopian and East African communities across the Gulf.

06

Existing clients

You have been through the process. Your recommendation carries weight.

07

Agencies & consultants

Marketing, logistics and trade consultants working with expanding businesses.

08

Trade bodies & chambers

Members asking the same UAE entry question at every event.

Partner tiers

Bring more clients, earn a higher rate.

Tiers are set on qualified clients over a rolling twelve months and reviewed quarterly. Movement is not retrospective: a higher rate applies from the review date forward.

Tier 01

Introducer

1 to 4 qualified clients

The entry tier. Occasional introductions, no commitment, no target.

Tier 02

Silver

5 to 9 qualified clients

A working relationship. Higher rate, direct line to an advisor.

Tier 03

Gold

10 to 19 qualified clients

A core channel. Priority handling on registrations and client scheduling.

Tier 04

Platinum

20 or more qualified clients

Our highest rate. Joint planning and co-branded material where it fits.

A floor per client

Every converted client carries a minimum commission, so a small deal is still worth making.

Renewals count

Commission continues on the client's first two renewals. Not a one-off, first-year payment.

Rates live in the agreement

Exact percentages, the floor amount and payment mechanics are set out in the Channel Partner Agreement issued on approval.

The rules, stated plainly

What we ask, and what we do not offer.

We would rather you read these now than discover them in clause seven. Two of them terminate the agreement.

01 · Ends the agreement

You never handle client money

Collecting funds from a client in And Again Advisory's name terminates the agreement immediately. Clients pay us directly, always.

02 · Ends the agreement

You do not quote or advise

No pricing, no jurisdiction recommendations, no licensing opinions on our behalf. Send the question to us and we will answer it properly.

03

Registration is the control

No registered lead, no commission. Register the introduction before the client contacts us and the first timestamp wins on any duplicate.

04

No exclusivity, no territory

The programme is non-exclusive. We market directly and work with other partners in the same markets, including the diaspora market.

05

No sub-agents

You may not appoint your own agents underneath this agreement. We need to know who is standing in front of our clients.

06

Our free zone terms are confidential

Our arrangements with the free zones are confidential to those authorities. Partner price lists and internal commission terms are never shared.

07

No sales target

One introduction a year is fine. We do not terminate partners for inactivity, and there is no quota to maintain your tier.

08

We remain the advisory party

The client relationship sits with And Again Advisory. We coordinate with the authorities; we do not approve, license or guarantee outcomes.

Common questions

Before you apply.

Anything else, ask us at info@andagain.ae.

01Do I need a UAE trade licence?

Not as an individual introducer. The agreement covers individuals and licensed companies in two separate party blocks. If you introduce through a company, that company needs a valid trade licence.

02When and how am I paid?

We issue a commission statement within ten business days of month end. You invoice against it and we settle within thirty days. Commission uninvoiced for six months is forfeited.

03Is VAT added on top of commission?

No. Commission is inclusive of any applicable VAT. If you are VAT registered, the tax sits inside the stated rate rather than being added to it.

04What counts as a qualified client?

A client you registered, who was accepted as Registered rather than Duplicate or Declined, and who signed and paid for an And Again Advisory engagement.

05How long is my introduction protected?

Ninety days from registration, extendable by a further ninety where there is documented active engagement with the prospect. We mark every registration Registered, Duplicate or Declined within two business days.

06Can I work with other setup firms too?

Yes. The arrangement is non-exclusive in both directions. Tell us in the application if you are already under an exclusive agreement elsewhere, so we can check it does not conflict.
