What your UAE company actually costs.
Six short steps, the way we build a real estimate: who it is for, where you want to be, what the business does, who needs a visa. Then the numbers: every government fee itemised at cost. No hidden costs.

If it does not appear, send us your plan on WhatsApp: the zone or emirate, what the business does and how many visas. We will reply with the government fees itemised.

Questions
Before you run the numbers.
01What does the estimate include?
Every government and authority fee for year one: the licence, the workspace, the visa allocation, the establishment card and each visa, plus change of status if you are already in the UAE. Each fee is paid directly to the named authority and to immigration. We neither collect it nor mark it up.
02Is your fee in the total?
No. The total is government and authority fees only. Our fee is stated separately: subject to your needs, we will discuss. It is never a percentage of the government fees and never blended into them. No VAT is charged on it.
03How current are the figures?
Rates as at September 2026. An estimate is held for 30 days, and every figure is confirmed on the authority payment voucher before anything is filed. Indicative, subject to authority confirmation.
04Why is there no instant figure for Dubai Mainland?
A mainland licence is a stack of statutory lines plus an activity fee, the market fee is a percentage of your rent, and your visa quota comes from registered floor area. None of that can be priced honestly until the activity and premises are pinned, so we quote each mainland file individually.
05Is the 0 per cent corporate tax rate automatic in a free zone?
No. A Qualifying Free Zone Person needs real substance in the zone, qualifying income, non-qualifying revenue under the lower of 5 per cent or AED 5m, and audited accounts. Breach it and the company pays 9 per cent for that year and the four years after.
06Can a free zone company sell to customers on the mainland?
Trading inside the zone and internationally is unrestricted. Selling directly to mainland customers needs a mainland licence or a licensed distributor. Goods entering the mainland are an import, usually at 5 per cent duty.
07Does the estimate guarantee approval?
No. It is a calculation, not an offer, and it does not guarantee approval, a date or a tax outcome. The authority approves; we coordinate.
