What Jafza costs in year one.

A Service Licence, one activity, one shareholder, visas applied for from outside the UAE. Before the figure is firm we confirm with Jafza whether the visa package covers the medical and Emirates ID, and whether VAT applies.

Jafza in practice

Worth knowing before you choose.

A three-year commitment
Every Jafza lease runs a minimum of three years. It is billed annually, but you are committed for three: AED 133,701 over three years at the two-visa minimum.

No licence-only package
Jafza sells no licence-only or zero-visa package. The smallest thing you can buy is a workstation with two visas.

Waiting lists
Workstations, offices and warehouses are all on a waiting list. Availability is confirmed at application, so we promise no start date.
04
Simpler papers for individual owners
For a company owned by individuals, legal documents are attested inside Jafza in your presence, with no notarisation abroad. All nationalities are accepted for initial approval.
